Auction
OCA holds an auction every year the last weekend in April or the first weekend in May. Countless hours of planning and prayer go into the preparation for this event. In addition to being a night of fun and fellowship for our OCA family, this occasion is slated to be one of OCA’s major fund raising events.
Fun Run
The Fun Run, one of our annual fundraisers, is held the first Saturday of October each year. The money raised in this event is used to help pay for those costs that are not covered by tuition. Tuition covers approximately 80% of each student's education.
Students, faculty, and staff send out sponsor letters at the beginning of September to request a pledge or donation for the laps they run, jog or walk during a thirty-minute period. There are rewards for submitting the sponsor letters by a deadline including a t-shirt and even a day off for the high school students and a mystery trip for the elementary and middle school students.
The goal is to raise money and have fun. This goal can only be achieved by a tremendous amount of work from many volunteers. If you would like additional information on the Fun Run, please contact Ellen Bouye at 405-844-6478.
